What does the first visit at Dentum look like?

The free first visit includes a panoramic dental scan (OPG), consultation with our dentists, and creation of a personalised dental treatment and the cost estimate.

Through analysis and thorough diagnostics, we will find the most effective solution for you, and your dental therapy plan, which you will receive after the first visit, is valid for six months.

Foreign insurance

How can I use foreign insurance?

A large number of Dentum patients come from Austria and Germany, which is why we are well acquainted with the insurance procedures of those countries. Most often, it is AOK insurance, which in some cases covers up to 70% of dental procedures.

In order to exercise your right to a refund, you must submit the Heil-und-Kostenplan form that we fill out at Dentum and attach the therapy plan, i.e. the offer in German. After a certain period of time has passed, you will receive information about procedures that can be covered by your insurance. Due to the arrangement of the German and Austrian health insurance systems, it is extremely important to follow the protocol and satisfy their rules in order to be entitled to a refund.

Arrival

How to get to Dentum?

If you are coming by car from the city center, you can reach the surgery by turning left from Ilica to Cankareva and driving to the end of the street where Gradišćanska continues. The building is located on the very corner on the left.

If you are coming from the west, you can come along Ilica or Zagrebačka cesta and enter Prilaz baruna Filipovića. Drive eastwards, turn right at the traffic lights into Cankareva and drive to the end of the street where Gradišćanska continues. The building is located on the corner on the left.

The office's address is Gradišćanska 36, and the entrance itself faces the railway line. You can park next to the building (parking is free) or in the garage at -1. Ring "Dentum" on the intercom, then take the elevator to the 5th floor where the office is located.
